EXPERIENCE Conducted and accompanied rehearsal on piano for the Advanced Womens Choir,
Intermediate Womens Choir, Beginning Womens Choir, Mens Choir, Mixed choir,
and Encore, a cappella ensemble in supervised student teaching experience. Worked
with the classes on proper vocal technique, musicianship, and music theory.
Taught in a variety of musical settings, worked with a diverse population of
students, and adapted lesson plans and teaching strategies to benefit students
with special needs.

Dutch Neck Elementary, West Windsor-Plainsboro, New Jersey Fall 2012
Taught general music to students grades 1-5 and choral music grades 4-5 in a
supervised practicum. Created lessons that emphasized Kodly and Orff
methodologies, developed active listening skills, helped student attain a level of
comfort in the discussion with and application of musical terms, and nurtured
creativity.

St. Pauls Catholic Church, Princeton, New Jersey Spring 2012
Lead the Boys Choir in learning their repertoire and good musical techniques.
Assisted the leading of the mixed voice childrens choir with warm ups, good vocal
technique, and learning music for the Sunday Mass.

Taught peers the required information from their coursework in a way that was
understandable and supplements the teachers lessons.

The Westminster Warblers, New Music Ensemble Fall 2010
Founder and Director. The goal of the ensemble is to provide performance
opportunities for the colleges composers and give music educators opportunities to
lead rehearsal and conduct. Brought visibility to the college and its composers through
performances at Carnegie Hall, the NJMEA conference, and at the college itself.

all student government related elections for the school;
Class of 2014 Executive Board Treasurer- managed class funds for senior banquet and
