Unit Description
Title of the unit
Teaching and Learning Domestic and Zoo animals with Fun.
Summary
First the students will begging the classes washing a video about domestic and zoo animals, this video is about actions
and commands.
Second the students are going to use the flash cards to identify and pronouns the name of the animal.
Next the student will develop different activities on the intelligent board related to domestic and zoo animals.
Then they will form two groups and each groups will have a list of domestic and zoo animals represented by the same
students.
After the opposite group will have to identify or answer. And the other group will do the same thing.
Finally the students will stand up and make the sound of an animal ( it can be a domestic or zoo animal).

Summary Assessment

He/she will be answering a pretest to know what does he/she knows about the content before I introduce the
topic.
This way I will know when, how, and what, to do with each student at the moment he/she is developing,
working on the content.
During the development of the content He/she will be answering a check questions to know what does he/she
knew and learning during the development of the classes.
At the end of the classes or closing He/she will be answering a check question making a comparison with what
he/she knew before introducing the topic with what he/she acquire during the development of the content and
the closing of the topic.

Students needs
With all my students with special needs and no special needs has
responsibilities. Because I try not to make a comparison with these students.
He/she will participate in all the activities.
He/she will listen to a special explanation according to his/her needs.
He/she will be evaluated different because his/her workshops, activities,
exercises, assignments and other, will be according to what he/she can do.
Create the environment for him/her to fill in confidence to work and develop
the different activities.
Always make him/she fill motivated in and out the classroom.
Its very important to let these students know that he/she is important at all
moment.
Non Spanish-
speakers
For my students to acquire the language, I try to talk slow and dramatize
everything so he/she can understand better, usually using movement with
parts of my body.
Use only English language in classes and in some moment I translate certain
things so He/she can understand the idea, topic, or words.
I always make my classes to be enthusiastic, so my students can learn and
acquire the language easily.
When everything is okey I use my thumb so he/she can fill well.
I decorate my classroom with the basic things that he/she need to improve
the language such as: commands, phrases, expressions, Morning Prayer,
Our Father prayer, Student Promise, Days of the week, Months of the year,
Numbers, alphabet, shapes, transportations in general, animals in general,
story books in English, tongue twister, colors, flashcards and others things.
There is a chart with the names of the students on the wall of each
classroom.
Always have in each classroom cookies, lollipops, candies, articles, stickers
and things to motivate his/her participation in classes.
Sometime I give to my students a hug, a hand shake, a kiss and others
thing that can be useful for girls and boys that participate in classes and for
those who do not participate, or do not give the correct answer to keep my
students motivated in the classes.
Use techniques, strategies, methods, didactic resources, according to he/she
needs to acquire the language, topics, or other.

Talented students
Have these students in the classes working in group, in peers or with a
partner.
He/she will be checking, organizing, or helping other that needs an
orientation.
Usually he/she will help handing pages, books, copybooks, exercise,
