Garlic Bread (113)

4 Barbecue
1 French loaf
2 garlic cloves
110g (4oz) butter
seasoning to taste

CUT the loaf in diagonal slices about 5cm (tin) thick but do not cut right
through to the base of the loaf. Peel the garlic and crush the cloves with a
pinch of salt.
Work the garlic into the butter and add the seasoning. Spread this mix evenly
between the slices of bread then wrap in foil and place over high heat for
about 15 minutes. Break into slices and serve hot.
