RE : New XU-CSG Associate Department Secretary for External Affairs and Corporate Relations

Upon the issuance of Memorandum 004-1415 last 4 April 2014, Datu Moden F Talandig was appointed as
associate department secretary for external affairs and corporate relations. With Mr Talandigs recent
appointment as Chief Commissioner of the Students Rights and Welfare Commission (refer to
Memorandum 015-1415 dated 17 June 2014), the position was vacated since then.

With this, I tasked Katherine Mae O Tacubao (Secretary, Department of External Affairs and Corporate
Relations) to find someone from her department to fill in the vacancy. After proper orientation and
transition, I am pleased to announce the new associate secretary of the department:
