EMPLOYEE’S AGREEMENT RESPECTING SECURITY

AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION


Staff Responsibility
I acknowledge that my employment with the Bank gives me access to information which may belong to the
bank or to its customers and may include, but is not limited to, trade secrets, ideas, concepts, improvements,
developments, technical data, test results, designs, copyright, computer programs, business plans, documents,
price and customer lists, contracts, other information relating to customers, financial, book-keeping and
personnel records (hereinafter called “Confidential Information”). I understand that the Confidential Information
may be conveyed to me in any medium, and that it is essential that I maintain the confidentiality of information.
I shall not disclose any of it to anyone unless authorised to do so in accordance with the bank’s Security Policy
and Code of Ethics, which I acknowledge having received and read prior to signing this agreement.

I agree that during my employment with the Bank, and for a period of two (2) years, thereafter, regardless of the
reason of my departure from the bank, I shall not disclose to any person any Confidential Information of which I
became aware during my employment with the Bank or use for my own purpose or purposes.

I also agree not to misuse my authority over the Bank’s computer systems, allow others to do so or attempt to
defeat any of the security systems that the Bank has employed to safeguard its information assets. I will protect
and maintain the confidentiality of my password and shall not attempt to obtain or use passwords or privileges,
issued to other employees or customers.
