CMS (Blackboard) Learner-Learner, Learner-Instructor, Learner-Content Learner-Learner Wikis are used to share blog addresses, speech videos links, and group project links. Discussion boards are used to connect students with each other and to course content.
Learner-Instructor Course announcements are used to keep students connected with the course and instructor. I use digital grading rubrics to provide students with feedback on assessments.
Learner-Content All learning plans, resources, student samples, and assessment descriptions are posted in Blackboard.
Blogger Learner-Learner, Learner-Instructor, Learner-Content Learner-Instructor Each student creates a blog where they post formative and summative assessments.
Learner-Learner The blogs are listed on a CMS Wiki for students to share their work with others and the instructor.
Learner-Content Blogs also connect students with course content through topic-focused assessments.
Google Drive/Docs Learner-Learner, Learner-Instructor, Learner-Content
Learner-Learner Students use the program to collaborate and construct group projects. Students are required to complete a group project as part of the course competencies.
Learner-Instructor Once shared, the program allows instructors to view documents, students comments, student contributions, and previous versions of the project.
Learner-Content This program allows students to interact with and manipulate course content.
You Tube Learner-Learner, Learner-Instructor, Learner-Content Learner-Instructor and Learner-Learner Students record speeches, upload them to You Tube, and post videos to the CMS Wiki. Students then complete peer evaluations using Blackboard that are shared privately with those being evaluated. Students are required to complete a speech as part of the course competencies.
Learner-Content I upload and share videos to with students related to course content, instructional videos, and examples from popular culture.
