VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

Sherwood Fest will be held at Sherwood Forest, 1111 West Maryland Ave., Sherwood, AR, on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014,
beginning at 9 a.m. till dark, ending with a reworks display. This festival occurs rain or shine.

Sherwood Fest is a family-oriented one-day festival featuring entertainment, craft booths, kids activities and contests
inside and outside. This is a free festival for the community and is supported by the Sherwood Advertising and Promotions
Commission.

All vendors are welcome arts & crafts, food, civic organizations, commercial businesses, churches anyone who has an
interest in the public.

All booth spaces are 10 x 12. Booth Rates are as follows:


1. Sherwood Fest will open to inside vendors at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014. There will be a 30-minute
window for those vendors to unload. At 8 a.m., outside vendors will be permitted to unload within a 30-minute
window. All vendors MUST be unloaded by 8:45 a.m. After vendors are unloaded you may set-up your booth.
Booths need to be ready for the public at 9 a.m. Inside booths may also choose to set up on Friday, Sept. 26,
between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
2. The Festival will end with a reworks display at dark. Vendors are obligated to stay until after the reworks have
ended. Vendors leaving before the reworks end will result in their penalty check not being returned. Vendors
must remove all equipment and product from Sherwood Forest, leaving the space clean and free of trash.
3. Booth application fee and leave early penalty payments are due within ve days of emailed receipt of
application acceptance.
4. Festival is rain or shine. If weather is inclement on the day of the festival, Sherwood Fest ofcers will try and
accommodate an outside vendor booth into an inside booth space if space permits. Food concessions must
remain outside.
5. A minimum of 10 days cancellation notice is required to get a full booth registration refund, ve days notice is a
50-percent booth registration refund, four days or less cancellation equals no booth registration refund. If
vendor is a no-show, no refund will be given booth registration or leave early penalty. No refunds will be
provided to any vendor in the case of inclement weather.
6. Sherwood Fest will provide one 8-foot table and two chairs at each 10 x 12 booth. You are allowed to bring
more tables/chairs/tents as longs they stay within your booth dimensions.
7. Sherwood Fest will provide electricity 110V at $10 and 220V at $25. There are limited number of electrical
outlets. Electricity will be given on a rst come/rst served basis.
8. Food vendors must meet health department guidelines. If preparing food from a traveling station, vendor must
provide vehicle measurements and pictures of vehicle. No food is permitted at festival that does not meet Health
Department health code specications. All food concessions must have health department license and insurance
on hand during the festival.
9. Vendors may not assign or sublet their booth without consent of festival management.
10. Vendors agree that Sherwood Fest shall not be liable for any lost or damaged property.

11. Vendors agree that the services conducted/items sold shall be supportive and appropriate to the purposes of
Sherwood Fest a community, family-oriented event.
12. Sherwood Fest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse exhibit space to any individual or organization
that does not support the purpose of Sherwood Fest.
13. Vendors agree not to place any items in their booths that are objectionable, dangerous or not in connection with
the purposes of Sherwood Fest. Sherwood Fest reserves the right to require immediate removal of any non-
complying goods, activities or signs.
14. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sherwood Fest, its directors, ofcers, volunteers, agents against
any and all claims (including attorneys fees) imposed on, incurred by, asserted against any of the parties
mentioned above, caused by any act or omission of anyone, or occurring within the vendors booth space, or
arising in connection with the activities conducted by the vendor during Sherwood Fest.
