Issuance of Travel Authority is a frontline
service provided to local government offi-
c ials and employees who file
application/ request for authority to
conduct training, seminar, conference,
lakbay-aral and other similar activities, as
well as attendance to training, etc

ATTENDANCE TO TRAININGS, SEMINAR, WORKSHOP
CONFERENCE
Letter-request stating the following:
A. activity to be conducted;
B. date and venue of the activity;
C. objective; and
D. fund to be used will not be charged from the
20% Development Fund
Copy of Invitation letter from the sponsor or
organizer, if in response to an invitation.
CONDUCTOF TRAININGS/LAKBAY-ARAL
Letter request stating the purpose;
Activity Design;
Program of Activity;
Certification from the Treasurer as to the availability of
Funds;
Certification that the activity is not funded from the
20% Development Fund;
Certification of the PD/ C/MLGOO that the activity is
included in the CapDev Agenda;and
Post Activity Report

Complaints against frontline service providers
shall be filed with the Public Assistance &
Complaints Desk (PACD) Officer who shall
immediately refer the complaints to the Regional
Director. The Regional Director shall commence
the hearing within 24 hours from receipt of the
complaint & decide the same within 24 hours
after completion of the investigation. Feedback
form shall be made available in every DILG
Office.
