The research aims to disclose the ground for the behavior of the impact of the
dimensions of organizational culture in determining the characteristics of the
organizational structure and its role in achieving the levels of organizational growth
appropriate to the features of the cultural position in the General Company for the
manufacture of soft drinks is a private sector company to contribute in Baghdad, has
been used questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information from Research sample,
which amounted to (30) Director and analyzed their responses using the coefficient of
correlation and regression. And produced search results that the dimensions of
organizational culture in the company researched was characterized by trends in routine
conservative thinking, which impact in determining the organizational structure of the
company under examination is characterized by the characteristics of high complexity
and formal, central, and in turn, led to the achievement levels of short-term (limited) of
organizational growth. The study made a number of recommendations was the most
important need for the development of the company cultures of the case indicate the
dimensions of flexibility, creativity and change in the design of the properties of a
flexible architecture to achieve growth with long-term ranges.
