The Philippines has a total land area of
around 30 million hectares out which 14
million is considered alienable and
disposable. To date, after more than a
hundred years of titling activities, about 70-
80 percent have been titled. At the current
pace of titling, it is estimated that it will take
another 100 years to complete the work...and
the quality of the result cannot be assured.
The overall process.
