PRODUCTS
SUPPLIED BY THE
CLIENT
Purpose :
System to be followed with the products (materials and equipment) supplied by the
client to be incorporated into the assembly.

Scope :
Takes part in the control of the products supplied by the Client and those that are
involved in the Quality System

Documents :
Quality Plan

complying with the
requirements of the
contract.
Upon receipt - Need be
examined to check the quality,
the identification and whether
there have been any damages
during haulage.
Periodical inspections - be
made in the warehouse to
detect any sign of deterioration,
checking the limitations as
regards the storage time (use
by date) and the appropriate
conditions.
If Rejected - Client shall be
informed immediately by
means of a written report.
The Client shall be asked to provide,
depending on the case, information
or requirements relating to the
handling, storage and maintenance
of the materials.
