Stage I- Formal session with an aid of a Power point presenation.
Over view of management course- with especial emphasis on cources only
given at infinity like PEP and GCMI.
Salient points about the college
Great emphasis on corporate affiliations and the placements of the past
students. (add film with ex-students and their experience with infinity)
The schools scholarship program as well as achievements like being
finalists for the national CFA challenge
The extra-curiccular activities like the cultural club, the annual trip,
sports club etc.

Stage II- Informal session filled with interactions between the freshers and
seniors
Seniors experiences in the school with funny anecdotes or a small skit to
show the transformation that infinity induces
Culture of the school- its close knit relationship with the management-
management mentor program, student mentor program
A fun and humorous session with revealing certain teachers quirks
Gossip and activities occurring on the annual trip (an add film that gives
them a glimpse of what is in store on the trip to excite them and make
them look forward to the academic year.

Stage III- Training session
Tips to handle pressure like using the weekend constructively, how to
breakdown assignments and projects etc.
Cheats for making presentations- like types of skins, colour combinations,
adding visuals to presentaions or audio clips etc.
Tips to increase knowledge base like reading newspapers,
Holding a negotiation game to help in group and team building
How to go about submitting assignments- cover pages, fonts, quality of
work expected by using actual assignments of seniors etc.
Time management planning/ scheduling.
How best to take notes or best way to read and go through course
materials
An informal QnA session where the floor is open to any anxieties or un-
sureness they may have. Questions that are insignificant are also
ansewered as this session will answer questions that asked through
anonymous chits
Introduction of a new system of feedback, again anonymous chits used for
people who want to give feed back, criticize or ask for help.
