MESSAGE

It has always been my desire to share with my kabarangays and the rest of the
Arobians the programs and activities we have been implementing to inspire you to do
more for others in the spirit of public service.
We proudly showcase to you our achievements for the past year, not to boast of
our accomplishments, but to salute not only the barangay officials, barangay
volunteers and constituents, who have whole-heartedly given us their support to
implement laudable projects.
In our administration, it is our policy to strengthen our local economy by being
more aggressive in putting our efforts in order to be more efficient in tax and fees
collection.
I can proudly say that we have given priority in the delivery of quality basic
services and we have provided appropriation for the important budgetary requirements.
We are here to be of service to others. Public service stems from one's self.
Public officials like me lead you in creating programs for the betterment of the people;
however, such programs will be insignificant without your participation and concern. So
let this be an encouragement to all of you, to share even in thoughts and deeds, by
actively participating in the implementation of programs in our barangay.
