MISSION STATEMENT

Life Restoration Consultant
Services mission is to offer veteran
and inmate support through innovative
and relevant workshops. Our caring,
board-certified chaplains use proven
healthcare techniques and corrections
experience to provide full-service grief
recovery and health intervention
services. We use audio, visual and
kinesthetic communication tools to
accommodate all learning styles. Our
workshops are also taught at a junior-
high reading level to ensure learning
and easy application.

This course is designed to help
participants identify and heal the grief
and shame of sexual assault; including
childhood incest and military sexual
trauma. Attendees will be able to:

Identify hidden anger
Identify unrecognized shame
Identify coping techniques and
strategies to heal shame
Identify causes and stages of
grief
Heal unresolved grief and shame
Build a strong support system

Attendees can gain renewed energy,
strength and improved concentration
as a result of learning to heal
unresolved grief and shame.

This faith-based course uses biblical
instruction, group discussion and
exercises to overcome the following:

Wrong attitude and assumptions
Stereotypes
Poor self-image and behavior
Unidentified strengths
Lack of vision and goals

During the course of the day, attendees will
have an opportunity to evaluate and
discover how their own perceptions affect
their decision-making and learn strategies
for growth. As a result, participants will be
empowered to make changes that lead to
increased self-esteem, goal-setting and an
effective transition to civilian life.
