Pajanan asap rokok yang bersifat kompleks dan dipengaruhi oleh, kuantitas rokok yang dihisap, usia mulai merokok, serta lama merokok yang menentukan derajat merokok seseorang melalui indeks brinkman, dapat menyebabkan kerusakan sistem transpor mukosilia. T!"!an Untuk menentukan perbedaan kecepatan waktu bersihan mukosiliar hidung pada kelompok perokok jenis filter dibanding kelompok tidak merokok.
