Payment of the above are only good or the number of visitors stated above
No discounts or refund will be made if the number of visitors on the actual day is less than what was charged in the
invoice
For every 15 minutes exceeding booking time a fee of 1 game will be charged per lane booked. (Equivalent to RM4.00
Weekday/RM5.50 Weekend)
Extra charges will be imposed if the number of visitors on the actual day exceeds the quantity stated above
A deposit of RM50 is required to confirm the lane booking. The Booking Will Be Confirmed After The Deposit Has
Been Made.
The full payment should be made 24 hours prior to the event time & date either by cash, cheque, bank-in or bank
transfer.
Payment by cheque should be issued to GRAND ESTEEM SDN. BHD.
Payment by bank transfer or cash bank-in should be made to the following account: GRAND ESTEEM SDN BHD bank no.
