after fighting or demanding for them. Negative states have
a process, there is no system.

Positive state is a type of state where we get our rights at

our doorsteps, even without demanding them. It has proper
system.

All Hindu and Muslim countries are a negative state. In

these countries political parties just think of their own
growth, they are not bothered about the growth of society.
