Abstrak

Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan
keputusan yang efektif untuk mengambil keputusan dalam persoalan yang kompleks.
melalui AHP persoalan kompleks yang tidak terstruktur, disederhanakan menjadi
bagian-bagian yang terstuktur dalam suatu hirarki. AHP dimulai dengan membuat
strukur hirarki yang ingin diteliti. Matrtiks perbandingan berpasangan digunakan
untuk membentuk hubungan di dalam struktur. Pada matriks perbandingan
berpasangan tersebut akan dicari bobot dari tiap-tiap kriteria dengan cara
menormalkan rata-rata geometrik. Nilai eigen dan nilai vektor eigen yang
dinormalkan akan diperoleh dari matriks ini. Pada proses menentukan faktor
pembobotan hirarki maupun faktor evaluasi, uji konsistensi harus dilakukan
(CR<0,100). Penerapan AHP dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan prioritas dari
pemilihan supplier yang telah direncanakan perusahaan X. Hasil dari analisis AHP
diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa supplier 1 menjadi prioritas utama dalam pemilihan
supplier.


















Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Approach in Supplier Selection

Abstract

Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) be one of effective decision making method to take
decision in complex problem. With AHP problem of complex that is not structure,
made moderate to become parts which structure in a hierarchy. Application of AHP is
begin by making the hierarchy structure of the studied problem. The pair-wise
comparison matrix is used to form a correlation in the structure. In this matrix, the
weight of each criteria is determined by normalization of geometric. Normalized
maximum eigen value and eigen vector will obtained from this matrix. In this process
of performing the hierarchy weighting factor or evaluation factor, the consistency test
must be conducted (CR<0,100). AHP application in this research is determine priorty
sequence of supplier selection in a company. Analysist result of AHP is obtained
conclusion that supplier 1 will be prime priority from then supplier.
