Emotion- is a kind of automatic scanning of your situation to see where you

stand.
- is a mental and physiological state associated with a wide variety of
feelings, thoughts, and behavior. Emotions may manifest themselves as
subjective experiences, often associated with mood, temperament,
personality, and disposition. The English word 'emotion' is derived from the
French word émouvoir. This is based on the Latin emovere, where e- (variant
of ex-) means 'out' and movere means 'move'.[1] The related term
"motivation" is also derived from movere.

emotional - (of persons) excessively affected by emotion; "he would


become emotional over nothing at all"; "she was worked up about all the
noise"

Conflict- is actual or perceived opposition of needs, values and interests. A


conflict can be internal (within oneself) to individuals. Conflict as a concept
can help explain many aspects of social life such as social disagreement,
conflicts of interests, and fights between individuals, groups, or
organizations.

Adjustment
1. an adjusting or being adjusted
2. a means or device by which parts are adjusted to one another the
adjustment on a micrometer
3. the settlement of how much is to be paid in cases of loss or claim, as by
insurance
4. a lowering of price, as of damaged or soiled goods
