DESCRIPCIN DEL
INCIDENTE/ ACCIDENTE:

Al finalizar el corte de una tubera de 24 de dimetro, el trabajador golpea con
una comba para desprender las secciones de corte, en ese momento la tubera
se desplaza aprisionndolo contra otra tubera de 30 instalada paralelamente.

Daos personales: Primer Auxilio, contusin en ambas rodillas.
Daos materiales: Ninguno.

Este evento en circunstancias un poco distintas, pudo ocasionarle lesiones ms
series o discapacidad permanente al trabajador.
POSIBLES CAUSAS
INMEDITAS
Ubicacin Incorrecta: El trabajador se ubica en un punto de atrapamiento
entre las tuberas de 24" y 30".
POSIBLES CAUSAS BSICAS:
En investigacin.
ACCIONES CORRECTIVAS
INMEDIATAS:
Se deriv al trabajador a Unidad Mdica de La Quinua para su atencin
correspondiente, se asegur el rea y se coordin para el inicio del proceso de
investigacin.
