Sub :- Purchase of Furniture & Electronics items under new Furniture Scheme
Request for permission for purchase from outside place

Presently, I am posted as Senior Manager of SME Cuttack Branch, Jagatpur. But I propose to
purchase Furniture & Electronics items from Authorized Dealers/Shops in Bhubaneswar. The details of
items proposed to be purchased are given in the enclosed quotations.

The main reasons for purchase from Bhubaneswar are presence of relatives/acquaintances
through whom I have been able to negotiate with the Authorized Dealers/Shops for very competitive
prices ad better quality.

In view of the above, I would request you to kindly accord your permission to me for purchasing
the items given in the enclosed quotations from Bhubaneswar after which I would purchase the items
from my own sources and then claim reimbursement from office.
