Abstract

This study investigates Accountancy students who migrates to other academic

programs with its causes and possible directions. The study was conducted in Holy
Cross of Davao College, Inc. with its students from the academic year 2013-2014. The
quantitative descriptive method was used as the method for this research and a survey
checklist questionnaire was distributed among the respondents to collect desired data.
The researchers uses weighted mean to analyze each data. The study revealed that
each of the causes that is stated greatly affects the students to shift to the other
academic programs.
