Important Information about My Ingredients: I will make every reasonable effort at all times to source the
best of local and organic produce. The flour used in all of my recipes will be organic, stone ground flour from
Whissendine Mill in Rutland/Fosters Mill in Cambs. Where possible all of my fresh fruit and vegetables will
be organic and locally sourced, usually from Riverford Organic Farm, Peterborough. The organic eggs and
meat used in my recipes will be sourced from Kingsthorpe Organic Farm, Northants . All milk, butter and
dairy will be organic. Some ingredients may not be organic/local where the price of essential ingredients is
prohibitive or difficult/impossible to source. All possible and reasonable efforts will be made to cater for
dietary requirements and allergies on request but customers must be aware that some recipes will contain, and
all will have been prepared in a kitchen that, at some time, handles and all of the following allergens: peanut,
milk, egg, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, sulphar dioxide, lupin. A full list of ingredients for any and all menu items
is available at any time on request and will automatically be supplied with all orders.
