The gravitational pull of the moon has the ability to change the tides of entire oceans.

As human
beings made of mostly water, consider what effect the pull of the moon might have on you.
Join Nicole on the new and full moons to connect more deeply to your own tidal experience.
The asana practice will cultivate increased receptivity and connection to our intuition and include
Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations), poses suited to the energy of the sign the new or full
moon falls in, pranayama (breath work), meditation, and relaxation.
Sliding scale: $10-20, or use your passcard. No pre-registration required, just drop in.
