After t!e component placement das!board is open4 select t!e a)is of t!e bus!ing and t!e a)is of t!e small !oles in t!e upper part of t!e u0support. 5ot! of t!e components #ill be aligned. %. T!en select t!e planer face of t!e bus!ing and t!e inner left planer face of t!e u0 support. T!en select &2ate& option from t!e constraint type dropdo#n list and t!e &coincident& option from t!e offset dropdo#n list.
*. T!e assembled bus!ing and u0support are s!o#n in t!e figure: ,. T!e second bus!ing can be placed by using t!e &6epeat& option. Select t!e bus!ing in t!e assembly and t!en clic$ Edit7 6epeat from t!e menu bar. T!e repeat component dialog bo) #ill open. 1n t!e dialog bo)4 t!e &align& and &mate& constraints are displayed in t!e &variable assembly refs& area. T!e dialog bo) is s!o#n belo#: .. Select t!e &2ate& constraint and t!en c!oose A++. T!en select t!e rig!t inner face of t!e u0support as t!e mating face. T!e copy #ill be assembled and c!oose t!e confirm button. Assembling t!e pivot #it! t!e bus!ing: 1.Open t!e Pivot.prt file to display it in t!e assembly #indo# by using t!e &Add component to t!e assembly& button. 2.Select t!e a)is of t!e pivot and t!e a)is of t!e !ole of t!e bus!ing to align t!e parts. lic$ on t!e align option from t!e constraint type dropdo#n list and select t!e oriented option from t!e offset dropdo#n list. %.T!en select t!e top planer face of t!e pivot and t!e base planer face of t!e u0support. T!e oriented pivot and u0support are s!o#n in t!e figure: *.(o# select t!e mating planer face of t!e pivot and t!e bus!ing as s!o#n in t!e above figure and select t!e mate and coincident option. T!e assembled parts are s!o#n belo#: Suppressing t!e components: 1.8e #ill use t!e suppressing option so t!at #e can easily assemble t!e remaining components of t!e assembly. 2.Select t!e first bus!ing and t!en rig!t clic$ in t!e &2odel Tree& to display t!e s!ortcut menu. !oose suppress option to suppress t!e component. 1n t!e suppress #indo#4 clic$ O- and t!e bus!ing and pivot #ill be suppressed. %.Similarly suppress t!e ot!er bus!ing. Assembling t!e brac$et #it! t!e assembly: 1. Open t!e brac$et by t!e same procedure as for t!e ot!er components. 2. Select t!e a)is of t!e brac$et and t!e a)is of t!e stic$ of t!e u0support and align t!em. %.
