This training is for Managers, Supervisors, and leading officials of Boardman Management Group.
Behavior
Cognitive domain
Professionals will be able to examine appropriate steps to handle negative circumstances.
Psychomotor domain
Professionals will demonstrate positive body language during irate situations.
Affective domain
Employers will display positive attitudes towards critical assessments. Appropriate decision
making will allow professionals have optimistic conclusions.
Condition
This course will be a live training with a facilitator who will present valid information regarding
appropriate management attitude strategies.
The course will also allow personal mentors to gain feedback from other experience managers.
The training book, The Management Bible by Neil Flanagan & Jarvis Finger.
Degree
During training role play:
Professionals will be able to demonstrate professional skill 90% of the time.
Employers will develop appropriate strategies to resolve conflict 90% of the time.

The aim of this course is to
provide tools and techniques to
enhance management skill. This
course provides clear insight on
how to adjust negative attitude
and behavior towards mishaps in
work environments. This course
will also explore necessary tools
to increase performance as a
leader in Boardman Group
Corporation.

Collaborative learning will be the
focal point of the training.
Collaborative learning is a key outlet
in the corporate world. Boardman
Management Group will enhance
their social skills with all their
employees. The activities will consist
of three major principles:
Team building is an essential role
of learning.
Developing structured approaches
as a unit can resolve problems.

Management Behavior 101
Communication Plan
The foundation of our training is to build
compelling messages to enhance business
leaders attitude in critical situations. In our
discussions we plan on utilizing positive body
language and express key messages to enable
business leaders to be professional at all times.
We plan on executing the communication plan
by roleplaying different uncomfortable business
scenarios, and examine ways to produce positive
language outcomes.

Management Behavior 101 Course Overview
Introduction
o Welcome Trainees
o Instructor will share work and education background.

o Give an example of how you dealt with a difficult situation with your company.
o Discuss and show PowerPoint on how to handle difficult situations.

o Professionals will be given a scenario by instructor, and must provide adequate ways
