Responsible for screening and consenting participants into the C-PORT E Registry.
Responsible for coordinating with the Principal Investigator, Interventional Cardiologists, and
cardiac catheterization lab staff to ensure that research activities are performed in accordance
with Federal Regulations and the C-PORT E Registry policies and procedure.
Responsible for completing study documentation and maintaining study files including consent
forms, source documentation, narrative notes, case report forms, adverse events reports and
investigational material forms.
