How do the two systems of Democracy differ as far as branches


of government are concerned? Since there are 3 branches of
government the two systems of democracy can be different. Presidential
has more of a fixed term when Parliament has more of a flexible term.

B. Regarding elections, how do the systems compare? They all have a
certain type of government they abide by.

C. Do their leaders share similar terms in office? Explain in
complete sentence format. The congress and pass laws but the president
is allowed to veto them. Meaning that if he doesnt feel like they are
appropriate or doesnt like them he is allowed to vote to not pass it.

D. What are the "advantages" of each system of government? [At
least two each]
Presidential, you have 3 branches with the president having independent
power. For parliament, you have instead of having a fixed term; you have
more of a flexible term which is good in the long run.
E. Identify a disadvantage" of each system.
For presidential, you have a fixed term which is flexible and is more
certain and is less to change. For Parliament, your choices are less clear
to the voter and having the vote of confidence. Having the vote of
confidence can be debatable but some people dont like that the prime
minister can change very quickly if need be.
