To whom it may concern:

This letter is written to indicate to you that it will absolutely be the good fortune of the UW-Platteville
Health and Physical Education program were to admit Kasandra Legate as a member of our Health
Promotion program.

My opportunities to work with Kassie as she has pursued her Health Promotion degree to date have
largely been in the classroom. I have found her to be motivated, determined, and dependable about her
education and her future as a health promotion specialist. Through her course work, I have been able to
observe Kassie in a variety of situations and she has without fail been a leader. Kasandra possesses a
sense of personal responsibility and demonstrates a level of professional and intellectual maturity that
exemplifies a successful health promotion specialist candidate.

I believe Kasandra has all the tools to be an excellent health promotion specialist. As I indicated above, I
strongly believe in Kassies abilities to perform successfully within the program. I wholeheartedly
endorse Kassies candidacy into this exemplary program.
