Subject: Permission for photos in office premises.

Dear Mr. Jack,

I am writing in reference to the successful completion of my project for which i have arranged for high tea
celebrations in the cafeteria. I would be much obliged if you will allow me to bring camera and take pictures only in
the cafeteria (not in the working area).
Kindly instruct the orders to the security personnel for the same.
