This is Stephanie's first placement. She is making progress and has been effective most of the time. She gets
along well with the children, although I would like to see her have more fun and be more enthusiastic with the
children. Stephanie uses strategies that are age appropriate and developmentally appropriate. she is learning
that teaching encompassess so much more than just "teaching."
