Istartedthisproblembysolvingforthetheoreticalprobabilityfirst.Itwasntthatdifficult.AllI
hadtodowassplitthespinnerintoequalpiecesanddeterminethetotalamountofpieces
thenwhichoneswereAlsandwhichoneswereBettys.Thentofindtheweightedprobability
mypartnerand25rounds/spinsandrecordedtheanswers.Wecalculatedtheobserved
probabilitybycountinguphowmanytimesitlandedoneachpersonandputitintoafraction
over25.Lastlywecalculatedtheexpectedvaluebytakingthetheoreticalprobabilityand
multiplyingitbytheamountofmoneytheplayerwouldgainwhenthatsectionwaslandedon.

Workingonthisassignmenttaughtmeaboutweightedprobability.Beforethespinnergame,I
didnothaveanindepthknowledgeofweightedprobability.Iwasfamiliarwithobservedand
theoreticalbutdoingthishelpedmegainadeeperunderstandingofbothconcepts.
ThroughoutthisassignmentInoticedmyselffocusingalotonbeingsystematic.Therewere
manytimeswhenwewereusingmultipleequationsanddifferentvaluessoIhadtomakesure

Iwasfollowingthecorrectformatandusingthecorrectdata.IfIcouldchangethis
assignment,Iwouldprobablyjustshortenitalittlebit,notthecontentbutthetimespentonit.I
feltwespentawhileonthisandwecouldvegonethroughitslightlyfasterwithoutloosingany
contentorunderstanding.Overallthough,IdidenjoyworkingonthisandIthoughtitwasgood
difficultylevel.Nottoohardortooeasy.
