Research Design
The study used both the qualitative and
the quantitative research design which
the researcher deemed important so that
the problems of the study can be
explained well and can be understood.
The quantitative part includes the
level of awareness of the residents
on the community policing in their
barangay and the level of
effectiveness of the community
policing in their barangay.
The qualitative part can be
determine through the comments
and suggestions given by the
respondents

The researcher will use survey
questionnaire. It is based on the duties
and responsibilities of the Barangay
Tanods.

The qualitative part of the research is
conducted through interview questions
placed after the quantitative part of the
questionnaire
