1. TO ENCODE ALL 173 THRU A CENTRALIZED LOCAL DATA BASE THAT CAN BE
EASILY MONITOR THE TIME FLOW OF REPAIRS
2. TO EASILY TRACK ALL TROUBLES REPORTED BY SUBSCRIBERS
3. ALL 173 WILL BE HANDLED BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT IN THE
FUTURE AND WILL USE THIS SYSTEM TO ENCODE AND REPORT TROUBLES
