Curriculum Corner
LITERACY
READING: Students are continuing to work on strategies to read tricky
words. Students should be reading at home at least 20 minutes a
night. Students can either re-read the book that comes home in their
reading folder or chose other books from home to read in addition to
the reading folder book.

WRITING: Students will begin to work on editing and revising their
writing this week


MATH
We are beginning Unit 3 this week. Please look for the Unit 3 Homelink
packet and make sure to have your child work on only the study link
that correlates with the lesson taught each day. tenmarks.com or
splashmath.com are great websites to enrich your childs math skills.
