Article 1: Its name is The United States of America

Article 2: Every state will keep its sovereignty, freedom and independence.

Article 3: Every state will help each other when it is needed and they will stand together when
under pressure.

Article 4: Everyone is entitled to all privileges and immunities. If a fugitive flees to the United
States from a different country or state they will be sent back to where they came from. That
state or country then gets to give them a trial or give them that consequence.

Article 5: People annually pick the delegates of each state (no less than 2 per state and no more
that seven. You can not serve any term of six years.) and they meet in Congress on the first
Monday in November every year. Each state only has one vote. Their right to the freedom of
speech is protected during these meetings and they are safe from imprisonment unless they
have committed treason, felony, or breach of peace.

Article 6: No state can accept anything from anyone else in the world (alliances, agreements,
treaties with kings, princes or state) without the consent of the US congress. No two or more
states can enter into a treaty, confederation or alliance without consent of the US Congress.
The congress will then state how long that may last. States can interfere with any treaty already
proposed by the congress, to the courts of France and Spain. Nothing of war can be kept by an
state once the war is at peace, unless it is to protect the state in some way. No state can
engage in a war without the consent of the US congress, unless the state is invaded with
enemies. No ships can be used in war unless the US congress says so or we are being invaded
by pirates.

Article 7: All officers are appointed by the Legislature of each state.

Article 8: All war costs will be covered by the Common treasury. The taxes will be levied by the
authority.

Article 9: The United States has the only decision and power determining on peace and war,
except the cases mentioned in Article 6. States who are in controversy with each other must
present a petition to the Congress, stating the matter in question and praying for a hearing. No
state will be deprived of territory. All controversies concerning the private right to soil must be
put on to a petition and submitted to congress. Congress has the sole power over regulating
money and trading and all other affairs with the Indians. The United States Congress has the
right to appoint a committee, to sit in the recess of Congress. The United States Congress shall
never agree to engage in war and they have the power to adjourn to any time within the year
and at any place in the United States.

Article 10: A committee of states including nine of more, shall be authorized to execute.

Article 11: Canada gets all rights that the United States gets but no other colony gets the same.

Article 12: Anyone who borrows money in pursuance of the present confederation it will be
considered as a charge against the United States.

Article 13: Everyone has to hear to what congress says. Anyone has the ablitily to change this
with a little work. We are all under God.

Problems with three Articles:

Article 10; The committee of the states, or any nine of them, shall be authorized to execute It
only takes nine states to say someone can be executed. This means that nine states that agree
with that have the right to murder someone for something that may normally not result in death.
I feel like this would cause a lot of problems with people I dont like this person because of
something bam nine states say yes and the person loses their life.

Article 3: The said States hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each
other, for their common defence.: Every state is doing what they want and if another state
disagrees with them then their will be a problem because you cant make people be friends who
arent going to get along. The states will end up fighting if not all of them believe the same
things or have the same values.

Article 11: We are our own country but yet canada has some say in what we do with our
country.
