Edwin (2001) mentions that Human Resource is important part of an

organization. It takes care of employing people of required qualification, talent


and experience. Recruitment is a process where staffing requirements of the
organization are fulfilled by determining the sources of manpower. It makes
sure that right person is placed in right position. In recruitment process of
Human Resource Management effective practices and approaches are
followed to draw the candidates in large numbers in order to make appropriate
selection of professional and skillful staff.
According to Starke (2000), recruitment is the process of analyzing and
drawing candidates in order to create a number of qualified job applicants.
The steps followed in this process are Forecasting and Planning, Designing
policy, Exploring, Monitoring and Assessment & Control.

It is recommended that Organizational objectives need to be defined clearly
before hiring individuals. An organization's recruitment process governed and
affected by various internal and external factors. That includes candidate
attitude, expected job stress and status of job market.

Objective of this study is analyzing effects of job Stress, attitude and external
market on employee turnover in recruitment process. Also to suggest
remedies and recommendations.
