Social Policy

Social Policy addresses the issues of improving human welfare and to

meet human basic needs for education, health, housing and social security.
Social policy dictates how we meet those needs and many more. It
addresses the issues of human welfare in all categories using guidelines,
principles and legislation to accomplish the task. Social policies are
constantly changing as the needs of the people change. Unfortunately
poverty has not declined however, serving those persons in need has.
