I have the honor to apply for transfer of station from Fortune
Elementary School to Concepcion Elementary School. I have been in the
service for 14 years in a permanent position as Teacher 1. At present, I’m a
grade six teacher – in – charge. The reasons why I’m applying for transfer are
as follows:
1. I am residing at Block 14 Lot 44 Charmizon’s Sub., Geronimo,
Rodriguez, Rizal., and my present station is 3 rides away from home;
2. For more efficient and effective service because I can devote more
time and effort in my school work/activities if I can transfer in
Concepcion Elementary School;
3. For economic reasons, I can save a little amount for my transportation
fares which would mean additional allowances for my family.
4. I am willing to swap my item as Teacher 1 to any vacant item in
Concepcion Elementary School.
In view of the above, I hope and pray that this request be given
your very kind consideration and approval for the good of the service and
my family.
