Dear Sir/ Madam,
APPEALING FOR SUMMON REDUCTION
Regarding the above matter, I, Khairul Najmi Bin Mohamed (16286) would like to appeal for
summon reduction for the summon being issued to me for parking on a yellow line.
2. I was catching my bus to get home for Raya holidays. The bus was parked at V4 parking lot. Since I
am carrying a lot of luggage with me and the bas is leaving, I need to park my car in hurry. I believe I
am not obstructing the traffic even the car is on yellow line.
3. However I do understand that a rule is a rule no matter how I justify my action. I am really sorry
that I did not abide to the rule and promise that I will be more sensitive to the regulations of the
University in the future.
I do hope that you can put your kind consideration into this matter.
