This agreement is in effect for the 2014-2015 school year. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE
ABOVE POLICIES.

2014-2015 Financial Agreement
1. Tuition is due on or before the first day of each month.
2. If the tuition payment has not been received by the 5th of the month, a $10.00 late fee will be
applied.
The late fee must be paid with the late tuition.
4. Monthly tuition is based on a yearly fee. (Total number of school days divided into 10 equal
tuition payments (Aug-May).
5. If I need to take a sick day(s) or vacation day(s), I will deduct 16.90 (cost per school day) xs how
many days I missed to your next month payment.
6. Part time enrollments (Tues/Thurs) will be given two sick/vacation days through the 2014-2015
school year. Full time enrollments (Mon/Wed/Fri) will be given four sick/vacation days through
the 2014-2015 year. I will deduct 16.90 (cost per school day) xs how many days missed to your
next month payment. After the sick/vacation days are used, the parent is responsible for payment of
contracted time, regardless if the student attends or not.
7. You must give a minimum two week written notice if you intend to withdraw your child from
school. Tuition will continue to be due for these two weeks.
8. There is a 15% discount for families with 2 or more children attending Learn Away Preschool.
9. I understand that my monthly tuition amount for 2014-2015school year is $____________.
Learn Away Preschool (Tessa Bowen ) does not assume responsibility for injury. In the event that I, or
my physician cannot be contacted in an emergency, I hereby grant permission to contact the nearest
medical facility or physician to give emergency treatment at no cost to Learn Away Preschool.
