Positives
-It looked aesthetically
pleasing and very
presentable.
-The corn and peas added
taste to the dish which made
it very flavorsome and
enjoyable

Minus
-I had brought in too much
pasta to the lesson, so there
was too much in comparison
to the other ingredients
-the dish took a little bit too
long to make as I didnt have
enough time to put the meal
under the grill of the oven
-I overcooked the onion as it
started to turn a bit brown
but it was unnoticeable in the
dish so it didnt affect how it
looked

I had bought too much pasta to the lesson; I could have

improved this by accurately measuring how much pasta was
suitable for the dish prior to the lesson. My time management
skills in the kitchen could have been better which can be
improved by more practice at home. This would have resulted in
a quicker cooking and preparation time for the food and I
wouldve been left with enough time to pit the dish in the grill to
bake. I also could have had more caution when cooking the onions and
keeping a closer eye on them as well as not cooking them for too long
and having the stove at a lower heat so that the onions didnt get
burnt and overcooked.
