Christian Greetings!

We are glad to inform you that the Student Government of your University is one of the charter
members of this Association. We, the student leaders met in AICAP National Congress at the
Manila Adventist Medical Center and Colleges, 1975 Donada St., Pasay City on December 18-
22, 2009. We then unanimously decided to support AICAP in all its programs and actions.

During the 1st National Leader’s Summit held at MSH-CMAFI, Iligan City on December 21-24,
2006 and 3rd National Leader’s Summit held at the Midway White Beach, Initao, Misamis
Oriental on December 19-23, 2008, it was agreed by the delegates to have a membership fee of
P50.00 AICAP fee to be added to the general fees of each student per semester. To which fifty
percent (50%) of the membership fee shall serve as the national fund for the Association while
the other fifty percent (50%) shall be used for localized AICAP activities in each school.

In view of this, an organization cannot work without funds, so therefore, we would like to
request from your good office to add a P50.00 AICAP fee to the general fees to each of your
students.

We are looking forward to having your participation and support in the unification of all SDA
colleges and university here in the Philippines. In line with this, the next host for the COP
meeting and AICAP National Congress shall be at Central Philippine Adventist College on July
2010 and December 2010 respectively.
