Introduction
Personal Finance class teaches students about financial literacy. Financial literacy is a
skill that directs students to make good decisions and to stay out of debt, which is
needed to be successful in the future . The Personal Finance at Chicago Academy High
School is trying to raise money as a class to spend later on in the year, for example, on a
trip somewhere to spend quality time together as a class. As a student, I have many
ideas that as a class we can benefit from and make profit.

The Personal Finance class needs to raise enough money so that there is enough to
do whatever we plan to do. We planned to do this fundraiser since around the third
week due to the fact that we thought it would be a great way to learn more about
finances
