The world is endangered.

The rising of ISIS has brought nightmare to Syrian, Iraq even neighbor
country. The purpose of this terrorist group is to establish an Islamic state. But, for achieving that purpose
they conduct violence action against civilians, even female and children. It is estimated that 12.000
people has been assassinated. Moving 1.8 million people stranded. it even has taken controlled the vast
majority of land in Iraq.
The danger is not only undergone by Iraq and Syria. Even Republic of China has been affected. About
thousand fighter for foreign country including almost a hundred from China has joined ISIS. And these
people started returning to their homeland, which constitutes a major threat to regional security. This
should be a concern of all because, however, the more the wings fly, the more complicated then to crack
down the ISIS. The existence of ISIS itself cant be parted from organized well funding, and an easy
recruitment of new terrorist.
Thats why, to crack down the ISIS, Information and technology should be controlled on ISIS country
because they use that as a part to promote themselves as well as propagating fear to society. By using
this action, we believe that the movement of ISIS cant be controlled and monitored.
However, any kind of violence and infringement of human right cant be tolerate for any longer.
Taking swift action should be conducted as soon as possible in order to help the stranded people. The
quick action that that we could do externally and internally regarding the refugees from affected county
are:
1. Delivering humanitarian support for the stranded victims by providing the basic needs such as
foods, fresh water, medicine and shelter for 1.8 million people as well as providing military forces
to annihilate ISIS.
2. Demanding the Iraq to conquer/take back the controlled areas

To combat ISIS effectively and structurally, The republic of China would like to suggest these solutions:
1. Conducting travel policy
We believe that one of the reasons the fast growing of ISIS happens is due to its easiness
to join ISIS fighter. The movement of new members from Jordan, Tunisia, Lebanon, and other
countries that supply foreign fighter for ISIS should be restricted strictly.

Partial action cant annihilate ISIS fully. We need to unite all military forces thorough the
world to attack and demolish ISIS.

A recent meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), whose members include China
Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, saw its members sharing the same fear
Europeans and Americans have of their fellow citizens who have joined IS in Iraq and Syria returning to
their home countries. We believe to crack down on the three evil forces of terrorism, extremism and
separatism including ISIS.
In addressing the heads of state of SCO in Tajikistan, President Xi Jinping confirmed (We) should
make concerted efforts to crack down on the three evil forces of terrorism, extremism and separatism.
Zhang Xinfeng, the groups director of the Regional Anti-Terrorism Agency also spoke on the members
