Dear Sir,

The undersigned is regular customer of your products since your company came in existence. It
is great initiation from your company to stand in global market but Its very disheartening to inform you
that service part of the company is lacking behind with respect to other competitors like SAMSUNG,LG
and others.
I gave my phone to an Authorized service center name is shri LAXMI ENTERPRISE A-54 (FF),GULAB
BAGH,OPP METRO PILLAR NO. -750,UTTAM NAGAR 110059 Tel No. 0116562578. But unlike your
product value. Service value is very low. I gave my phone to the service center on 6 sept 2014 they
promised to give me phone within 5 days even after more than 2 weeks they hav` nt start working on
it. I visited twice and every time I found the employees fail to satisfy their customer deputed in above
services centers. They are very casual and irresponsible and lack of human behavior they are required to
be replaced immediately.
I purchased CANVAS HD unfortunately I lost the same on 31 DEC 2013 .Again I bought a phone
CANVAS MAGNUS A117 Invoice No. 23742 Dt 1.01.2014 companys brand image encourage me to buy
a new upgraded version. Being an ADVOCATE HIGH COURT, DELHI, I remain handicapped without the
phone because all data of my clients including pdf files are stored in it. By holding my phone such a
long time may cause a heavy loss to my profession. For more delay the company is responsible for my
loss. Before I proceed to seek any legal remedy I would like to request you to provide my phone
immediately. Now I am extremely unable to affoard more time for rectification of my phone

SOME REASONS WHY I DONT LIKING YOUR SERVICE:


1. No docket no. is mentioned in the job sheet.
2. They asked me to deposit 50% of estimated for which I deposited more than Rs500/
3. There is no set timing for lunch I waited for 2 hr but when my turn about to come they said its
lunch time and time was 3:30 pm no such timing mentioned there on the notice board.
4. Neither supervisor nor employee behaved properly
5. I was sitting before him and they gossiping and discussing their domestic problems as if I have
free time to listen their useless talk.
6. The quality human behavior is very very low.
My first experienceis very bad and unexpected the brand like Micromax will provide this kind of
services to their customer.
I again request you to resolve the problem generated in my phone.
