the date hereof. Trip To Bliss shall have the right to obtain copyright
registrations for the Works in its name or in any name chosen by us, and
we shall own all rights of copyright in the Works, as well as in any
derivative works and reproduction made therefrom.
I shall have no rights in the Works, and I may not use, display,
perform or reproduce the Works in any form.
I represent and warrant that the Works are original with me and that
I have not adapted the same from any other work of any kind, nor have I
copied any portion of the Works from the work of another, and that the
Works do not infringe the copyright or violate any other right of any
person or party whatsoever. I hereby guarantee and warrant that I will
indemnify, make good and hold Trip To Bliss harmless from and against
any and all loss, damage, cost, legal fees, recoveries, judgments,
penalties and expenses which may be obtained against us by reason of
any infringement of any copyright or other right as a result of our use of
the Works.

We will check; stories that have been previously published will not be
considered.
2. We are only interested in individual bloggers/writers; no submissions
from SEO companies or marketing/freelance businesses PLEASE!!
3. We cannot guarantee that your story will be published. We will review
your story and decide if it meets our criteria for the book.
4. We reserve the right to edit your story. At our discretion, we may
consult with you about changes, and possibly consider your feedback
regarding modifications made by our editing team. If you are unable
to reach agreement with us about changes made by our editing team,
you have the right to withdraw your story from the project.
5. We will format and might add images and hyperlinks to your story; if
there are particular images you would like to accompany your story,
please provide them with your narrative (no copyright infringements,
please).
