Appropriation: the application of removing existing pieces from its original context and state
and reintroducing it into a new one.

Originality: artworks that are distinct from others and copies, created by an original person
who produced the work.

Art Forgery: direct copies of work are depicted and revealed as the original piece.

Licensing Agreement: lawful copyright by the arrangement with the original artist for the
use of apiece or several works over time.

Moral Rights: the use of the artworks is attributed to the creator of the work and the pieces
are not falsely credited to someone else. It also refers to the work being shown in the
artists honour benefiting their reputation.

Copyright: the legal rights of artists to protect their work from being plagiarised exploited or
reproduced within out the artists permission from the copyright owner.

Ownership: refers to the artist having complete entitlement to the work and is
acknowledged for their pieces.

Reproduction: the work is to not be reproduced under false pretences and must be
consulted with the artist

Plagiarism: the false act of reproducing ones work under false identity and without
acknowledgement of the original pieces and artist.
