Course Registration

Step 1

Log in as Agent from i-GrEaTpartner and click on eLATS icon


Click My Courses button
The My Courses tab appears
Select date range for sessions to filter list
Courses with sessions during defined date range are displayed

Step 2
Select session

Click Register at the bottom

Step 3
System checks pre-requisites, scheduling conflict

System will automatically prompts if you have registered to same course


or other course at the same class dates. You can continue by clicking on
Yes.

Step 4
ToC & Charges screen appears
Read and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Select I accept ToC & Charges if you are agreeable and click submit

Next, check in the Training Registration History and make sure the newly
registered course appear in this page

Request for Substitution

Step 1

Log in as Agent from i-GrEaTpartner and click on eLATS icon


Click My Courses button.
The My Courses tab appears
Click on Training Registration History tab, Select session that you intend to
substitute and click Substitute Agent in Manage Course

Substitute Agent window appears

Step 2
Substitute Agent window appears

Key in the new agents no. and click submit

System checks

Agents validation,
Substitution request is within the allowable period?
Scheduling conflict
Course pre-requisites

Status is changed to applied for substitution approval

The requesting agent is responsible to communicate their intention to the new


substitute agents to have their request approved.

Note: If your request is rejected or not approved before the class start date, the requesting agent will bare
the cost of the course registered.

Substitution Request Approval

Step 1

Log in as agent
Click My Courses button.
The My Courses tab appears
Click Training Registration History
Training Registration history tab appears

Step 2
Select Session with status waiting for substitution approval and click
approve in Manage Course

Status is changed to approved, System will cancel the transaction from the
original registration and post the new transaction to the your account
