COMPLAINTS:

Material
- Lack of office supply
Doctors relation

There's no proper coordination between students & doctor's


I can accomodate the 60 students in one time some of them they are not willing to wait & no
respect at all
Some of the students and doctors are shouting at us assistants even if they are informed
already that each one of us are handling 5 clinics
The logic here is if you wanted to be respected you should gave respect to your co-workers.
.If you want to achieve a harmonious relationship we should show a little respect to each
other.

File system

Some students not returning the file in the end of the day
Some students returning the file without the treatment plan for some reason they loss it
Some files loss especially the new screening files
I need to monitor or record the case that they are doing everyday how can i record if some of
them they did not write their case in the progress.
Some students they take the file 4:15pm my duty end at 4:00 pm

Appoitments
- No proper appointments for the patients
Attendace
- When I collect the attendance sheet in the end of the day not complete some paper are missing

SUGGESTIONS:

Student should sign attendance manually and make sure the attendance will not get lost or
else they will be marked absent for the day.
Students and Doctors should be patient enough to understand that there is limited
instruments and shortage of assistants.
Students should understand that they don't own the assistant.
If any complaint don't just rush to Dr. Bader's office, instead talk to the clinic supervisor or
clinic manager for solutions.
Be polite and be patient.
Shift nurses in vip.
Tell the assistant what will be the procedure so that the sister can prepare the materials and
instruments.
The reception must inform 1 day a head for the appointments so that we can prepare the file
early
- Thursday afternoon no clinic so that i have time to incode the cases & new patients
- The student schedule for clinics must be arrange per year & per cases
- The students or doctor's must finish the patients before break time & time out in the
afternoon

no changing of clinics assigned to us


there would be no shuffling or rotation of the assistant designated in each clinic
University can provide some ID Card or name plate or employee card so that we can be
identified that we are staff here
